New membership application books still not ready. Earliest date in shops will now be early May. New members can join using old membership forms at Mainwaring's Angling Centre. 2018 members continue to use last year's card for another month.

Good News - The Club's bid to renew the licence with Swansea Council has been successful, and a new 10 year agreement will be operational asap.

In order to avoid any further delays to membership applications all existing permit holders will have their permits extended until 30th April 2019.  Anyone wishing to apply for new memberships from 1st April 2019 please go to Mainwaring's ( HRH Jones will have their new application forms at a later date ) to complete their application. All existing members will be able to renew their membership later on in April, we'll let you know when details are available. All permit prices will remain the same. We hope to have the new forms available for 2018 members before the end of April.

18/03/19 - Good news - Brynmill DAC have had their bid to operate the fishing licence at the Fendrod and Half-Round ponds accepted by the Swansea council.

Details of permit arrangements and prices should be available soon.

4/03/19 - As many of you are aware, the licence to control fishing on the Fendrod and Half Round ponds expires on 31/03/19. The club has made a bid for a new ten year licence but has not yet been informed by the Local Authority if the bid has been successful. The club AGM will be delayed until this matter is settled. The club will not issue membership from April 2019 until the bid for the licence is settled.

Brynmill & District AC run 2 waters in the Swansea EnterprisePark.  We are responsible for providing a coarse angling leisure facility for the city, that caters both for the Pleasure, Specimen and Match angler alike. To fish our waters you can either :-

A PERMIT -See link to Prices Structure Opposite

These are available from either Mainwarings Tackle of Sketty, Swansea (tel 01792 202245) or from HR Jones in Clydach (tel 01792 447819)

All permit applications must be backed up by a passport-sized photo. Payment by cash or cheque only. We would prefer you provided this yourself, though facilities are available in Mainwarings and HR Jones for a picture to be taken of you. No application will be accepted without an acceptable photo. The angling club does retain some of your information on a database for the purpose of having your permit printed professionally by Design Print - a Swansea City company. The club will not disclose your information to others.

These can be purchased from our bailiff team who roam both the Fendrod Lake and Half Round Ponds armed with ticket books, with the aim of relieving you of your cash. All bailiffs carry official club I.D. cards.

Please note that only season ticket holders may fish overnight on the Fendrod Lake or Half Round Ponds. We no longer allow day ticket holders to fish overnight on either of our waters for fish security reasons. You may be introduced as a "guest" and fish with a full adult member for a 24 hour period. ( full details soon )

Prices are reviewed each April and are displayed opposite. In any dispute over pricing you should not try to make your point either with the Club officials or staff at Mainwarings Tackle or HR Jones as they are not involved with setting either price or class of permits/tickets.
